Current live workspace
The current live scope is Instagram account connection, queued publishing, scheduling, post status tracking, workspace access controls, audit logs, basic workspace analytics, manual inbox activity, explicit comment synchronization and moderation, account health, and data deletion requests. Roadmap coverage is planned separately and is not presented as live.
Account connection transparency
- The user chooses which Instagram Business account to connect.
- Access depends on the permissions granted during the connection flow.
- Apionics only displays functionality supported by the granted access.
- The connection can be removed later from account controls where available and from connected account permission controls.
Suggested review flow
Sign in to Apionics
Open Sign in and use the reviewer account provided in the submission notes. The workspace opens to Overview so account status and next actions are visible.
Review the connected Instagram account
Open Accounts. The review Instagram Business account is already connected. Review its account row, connection status, and token health; do not reconnect or add another account during review.
Create and reply to a live message
Sign in to the separate Instagram sender test account identified in the submission notes and send a live DM to the connected review account. In Apionics, open Inbox, select the new thread, type the safe reviewer reply, and press Send.
Sync and moderate a live comment
From the separate sender test account, add a live comment to the designated review post. Open Comments in Apionics, select Sync comments, open the synced comment, then demonstrate reply, hide, and unhide controls.
Prepare a post
Open Publish. Enter a post title and caption, choose media with Choose files, review the selected file, then use Next: Choose accounts.
Choose the connected account and publish
On the account-selection step, choose the already connected review Instagram Business account. Use the safe publishing image and post details identified in the submission notes, then publish or schedule the post.
View publishing status and result
Open Posts and Schedules to inspect the publish task status. A task is marked posted only after Meta returns a successful publish response.
View workspace activity
Open Audit logs to review workspace activity history for account changes, publishing workflow events, and review-relevant actions.
Find disconnection and deletion instructions
Open Accounts to find account controls. Open Data Deletion from the footer or reviewer resources for deletion request steps and ownership verification requirements.
