Data Deletion Instructions

Apionics is a social publishing and messaging platform. This page describes how users can request the deletion of their personal data from our platform.

What data we store

When you connect an Instagram Business account to Apionics, we may store the following data:

  • Your Instagram Business Account ID
  • Your Instagram username and display name
  • Profile picture URL (fetched from Instagram)
  • Access tokens used to communicate with the Meta Graph API
  • Conversation and message data retrieved through the Instagram Messaging API
  • Content drafts and scheduled posts created within Apionics

How to request data deletion

To request the deletion of all your personal data, please contact us at:

Please include the following in your request:

  • Your full name or username registered in Apionics
  • The Instagram Business Account ID(s) you connected
  • A brief description of your request

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

What gets deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account record and credentials from Apionics
  • All Instagram account connections and access tokens
  • All conversation and message data associated with your accounts
  • All content drafts and scheduled posts
  • All analytics and activity logs

Note: Deletion from Apionics does not affect your data on Instagram or Meta platforms. To manage your data on those platforms, please visit Instagram Privacy Settings.

Revoking Meta permissions

You can also revoke Apionics's access to your Instagram account directly from your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find Apionics in the list
  3. Click Remove

This will immediately revoke our access to your Instagram data via the API.
