Platform review

Apionics reviewer guide

A concise path for reviewers validating Apionics permissions, live Meta features, data handling, and user-facing controls.

Current review scope

Facebook and Instagram publishing infrastructure

The current live scope is content publishing, scheduling, account management, analytics, API keys, and auditability for Instagram and Facebook. Ads is intentionally documented as planned and is not presented as live.

Recommended review flow

1

Sign in to the workspace

Use the reviewer account provided in the Meta submission notes. The workspace opens to Overview so account status, auditability, and next actions are visible immediately.

2

Connect or inspect a Meta account

Open Accounts to review the Instagram/Facebook connection, token status, and supported platform state. Production users connect through Meta OAuth.

3

Create a publish request

Open Posts or Publish to create a queued publishing request for an approved Instagram or Facebook account. The dashboard mirrors the same API workflow developers use.

4

Verify traceability

Open Audit logs and Analytics to verify that workspace activity, errors, and Meta insight availability are recorded for review and support.

5

Review data controls

Privacy Policy, Terms, Data Deletion, and Trust Center pages explain stored data, token handling, deletion requests, and platform compliance boundaries.
