1. Data We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our Instagram Business management service:

• Instagram Business Account ID and access token (provided by you via Meta OAuth)
• Message content and conversation metadata from your Instagram Direct Messages
• Post content, captions, and media you upload through the app
• Account analytics data fetched from the Instagram Graph API
• Login credentials for dashboard access (username/hashed password, stored locally)

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Messaging features for connected Instagram Business accounts
• Content publishing features for connected accounts
• Account insights and activity reporting
• Conversation and interaction management features

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on your own server infrastructure. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for any purpose. Instagram access tokens are stored securely and are only used to communicate with the official Meta Instagram Graph API.

4. Data Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Go to Settings → Data Deletion in the app, or email us at [email protected]. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request.

5. Third-Party Services

We connect to the official Meta Instagram Graph API using credentials you provide. Your use of Instagram is also governed by Meta's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
